Weekend plans.....
I have a long weekend (Monday's a holiday) yay!
Friday- Heading to a "Taste of Edmonton" with a few girls after work. Then DH has a home football game against BC.....I pray they win, I will be scared of rioting if they lose their 5th straight game!
Saturday- We have a house warming party to go to....remember this is the one my BM/ex-best friend will be at with her husband!
Sunday- Getting together with a few girlfriends to go to Capital Ex (the fair going on here)
Monday- Heritage Festival with DH
*This could all change depending on what my grandfather's surgeon says this afternoon, just trying to stay positive!

I have an hour and fifty minutes until I get to leave!
Friday- Sunday: We're leaving to go to the Hamptons tonight. My aunt who lives out in California has a house out there and my grandparents stay at it all summer long. DH and I invited my cousin (not the daughter of the aunt who owns the house) and her husband, who got married a month before we did, out with us and when they never responded back, my parents decided to come out with us. Now my cousins are coming out... so it should be a full house!
Great plans ladies!
I work Saturday, Sun and Monday I'll be cleaning house, running errands and all that adult stuff we all hate. Then we are headed off to our three day escape!!
We were given a stay at Little St. Simons Island resort as a wedding gift and we will be headed there. We've not gotten to spend much time together lately so it'll be wonderful to get away!
Friday: staying in and cooking, DH is more than likely working late
Saturday: wine tasting, maybe catching an afternoon movie
Sunday: packing to go to New Mexico for a week of meetings for work.

Tonight: Just dinner and maybe a movie at home (DH doesn't get home until 8-9, and works Saturdays, so it's like a half weekend night.)
Tomorrow: I'm going to work with DH and maybe tomorrow evening we will have a date night.
Sunday: My mom is coming up b/c Beauty and the Beast the musical is in my town, so we are going to see it. I am so excited! I love musicals.
I'm a bit late on this...
Tonight: I'm hanging out solo at my dad's house. It's very strange to be here, alone - totally alone. Dad and his wife are out at a play and were expected to be back a half hour ago. He hasn't called, indicating they are still at least an hour away. I'm tempted to go to bed before they get here!
Saturday: Shower for BFF. I'm thankful that it will be done after this weekend. It's been a struggle getting everything done and coordinating with multiple people for the same tasks.
Sunday: Home with DH. He's still off work because his leg isn't getting better. It's been two weeks now and he's still got a nasty infection. Unless the infection goes down significantly over the weekend, he'll be home next week too. I'm going to try to find a way to go have lunch in the park or something to get him out of the house.
