Mine will NOT turn to yellow, they are green and hard and I even did the paper bag trip.
I e-mailed them to let them know.
Whoever said the potatoes were rotten I would e-mail them as well, they need to know these things to keep things running smoothly.

Mine are still green and I haven't even tried to peel to see if they might be plantains.
I'm standing by my argument that they are plantain/banana hybrids. I wish the message board was back up on their website to discuss this stuff. I'm very frustrated by the banana situation.

what would they look like if they were plantains (as far as the inside)
my bananas were fine this time. i did have some one week that were green for 3 weeks. i finally just gave up on them. I made banana chips. It was so easy to do and super good!!!
They would be really difficult to peel and have a leathery feel to them. The inside would have a woody smell/taste and be less sticky, more mealy feeling.
