UMMMMMMMMMM they suck for their bills. They are ALWAYS wrong.

Our first bill was SO high because you have to pay for some other shiznit before you get the actual deals. I HATE that they don't tell you that first though!!!

I would call just to make sure though!

  • There were, oh, about $109 in fees that I was not told about.  And they are not reversing them.

I switched to Direct to save money, b/c Cox was almost $100/month.  Well, now the Direct fees alone have killed my efforts.

I know...ours was CRAZY big the first month! I was PISSED!!!

We pay over $100 for cable, internet and phone for Direct TV. Do you just have cable and internet?

We will be getting rid of the phone soon though. It's a waste of money to us.

  • It is dragging. I want to switch too. Cox just raised their damn fees again. I pay over 100 and it sucks.

  • Today seems to be taunting me too.

I love Directv.  Sometimes it's more expensive, like to get it set up, but it's been so much more worth it then COX. I had nothing but problems with them and their internet is terrible, it would just not work for a day for no reason.

  • everyone needs to talk with me tonite. I will help and you WILL SAVE MONEY.

I broker Direct TV and Dish. I switched to dish and you get faster service and no fees. I'm saving $40 a month

We JUST signed contract w/ Direct, won't we have to pay a bunch of fees to switch?

  • Mac (HH) used to work for Cox and he says that if anyone threatens to cancel because of fees the sales people are authorized  to either upgrade their account for free, or reverse fees, not sure if that's the same for DTV, but worth a shot :) Just tell them you are outraged by the fees you were not told about and you are seriously considering switching back to COX because "at least they are upfront about their fees"
  • oh, and today is totally dragging for me to. :(
