We just finished dinner (yeah early but Dh didnt have lunch and was hungry!). To be honest, I couldnt even taste any kind of seasonings, which is fine. I added a local bbq sauce and had it on dinner rolls. It was good

It is seriously so easy Carrie! I always use pork tenderloin b/c it's lean (and Im picky LOL). I cooked it on high for about 4 hours and it was ready to shred and add the bbq sauce. You could probably use any kind of soda- that makes it reallllly tender (but all I have tried is coke, or root beer, or either the ginger ale).
I've done it before by putting about a cup of BBQ sauce over the pork and letting it cook for about 6 hours. I've also sliced up an onion to include while it cooks. Super yummy!
But since I have no pork here...maybe we'll go to Applebee's tonight so I can get their BBQ pulled pork sliders.
