1st Anniversary Present

My first anniversary is coming up in a month and I wanted to keep with the paper gift theme. I wanted to create an 8 x 10 that displays our personal vows and a few of our favorite photos. I don't have Photoshop and when I posted on Etsy, everyone was either out of my price range (even my ideal price range) or I didn't like their style.
I don't have Photoshop on my computer, can anyone help or point me in the direction of someone who can?

Take a look at VistaPrint.com and see if you can do a small "poster" and just pick the non-glossy paper after you're done creating what you want. You should be able to put a few pictures on it along with your vows for pennies on the dollar.
