Bachelorette Party

I am in charge of throwing my friend a bachelorette party.  I've thrown a few before but in a large scale.  My friend wants it to be simple, just 4 people or so, and possibly at my house.  What can I possibly do that's a little bit classier, no games involving penis straws, or necklaces with lifesavers on them.  She doesn't drink a whole lot so wine tasting is out... I'm at a loss here.  Any suggestions.

Re: Bachelorette Party

  • If you're having a small group at your house, turn it into a grown-up slumber party theme. Get "spa" stuff (face masks and nail polish), rent/buy a bunch of chick flicks about weddings, make strawberry daquiris (or some other sort of alcoholic punch), and just relive being young and girly and have fun.

  • I agree with PP. The spa idea is fabulous. If you do an internet search, you may even be able to come up with a massage therapist / nail tech / esthetician combo that offer spa parties in the home.
  • Pajama PARTY!!! with Ben and Jerry ice cream and Girly movies... maybe even a game of truth or dare....
