Dyson DC24 ball?
Hi,
Does anyone here have the DC24 ball? I heard great reviews about it, and I have 2 cats who both shed a lot. I was very excited to get this vacuum, but I don't feel it works well. I get a lot more hair up with my old Bissell, than I do with the Dyson. I have carpeting upstairs, and it is barely picking anything up off of the carpets/rugs.
I also can't figure out how to get the beater brush working. I push the button down, but it doesn't spin. I can't find the paperwork that came with the vacuum, so I am hoping someone here can help.
Any tips on how to get this thing to work?
