Introducing Myself
Hello!
My name is Angie and I currently live in Buckeye, AZ. I am originally from California but moved out here for a teaching job last year. I lived in North Scottsdale my first year here and then my fiance moved here in May and we bought a house in Buckeye. I now teach 5th grade in Laveen and he's teaching middle school in Peoria. We don't know many people here and don't really know much about AZ yet. I don't normally "meet people online" per se but I figured I would at least get on this board and start getting to know the area! So I'm just saying hi and introducing myself! Hope everyone is having a fantastic start to their work week!

Hi there! I currently live in PA but my husband, our son and I are making the long trek (back) to Phoenix starting Friday. We put an offer on a house in Litchfield Park and are hoping to have it approved!!

That's cool. I was wondering because I used to go to school in Laveen, well Laveen Elementary to be exact. I have heard of the school and I think my friends kid goes there but not to sure. And I cant believe it's time for kids to go back to school already.

Hi Angie! I've been looking at some house listings in Buckeye and getting very interested in the area! How do you like it out there?
I don't even live in AZ yet (still in Wisconsin for two more weeks) and already I've met a ton of great ladies on this board. I can't wait for my first GTG (I still think ya'all should come join me in Vegas!). They're wonderful here, stick around and get to know everyone. You'll be happy you did!
ETA: Another Cali girl here! San Diego (Chula Vista to be exact)! I've only been in Wisconsin for a couple of months for a job, I'm not really from here.
