mortgage broker?
We are looking to buy our first home in the Cape May area, can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker?

We went through a bank so I can't offer you a mortgage broker recommendation. Just be aware that some brokers will charge you fees that a bank normally wouldn't charge you. They're job is to do all the shopping around for you.
I recommend checking out what your bank and maybe a local bank in Cape May could offer you as well.

I would highly recommend our broker from Aurora Financial in Marlton, NJ. PM if you want his contact info. I think most banks/brokers will travel so they don't neccessarily need to be in the area the house you are buying is in.
