Real estate help
DH's house has been on the market for over 6 months at this point with not a single offer. We've reduced the price by $12,000 and don't feel comfortable just giving the house away. 
I've often thought that the agent wasn't the best fit for us(she is a family friend) so if you have any suggestions on real estate agents that specialize in getting a house sold quickly, let me know. DH's house is in Durham county but right off of Hwy 55 so don't know if the real estate agent has to have an expertise in Durham county alone.

We LOVE our realtor! Her name is Becky Davis (bdavis@fmrealty.com). While we and a bunch of our friends have used her for buying, the family friend who referred us to her told us she wouldn't sell her house with anyone else. Most of her business is in North Raleigh, but she has sold and bought properties all over so I definitely think she work with your DH's house.
