Its like a coupon website.
If you google groupon and go to their site, you can sign up and they'll email weekly coupon specials.

I *think* you buy and print the groupon, and then you just bring it wherever the groupon is for to redeem it.
They have spas, restaurants, hotels, stores. Today's groupon is one of the first I'm considering buying.

You buy the groupon then a day or two later you get a thing in your e-mail to print out and you bring that into the place with you. It's usually a great deal. But they do ask that you still tip based on what the service/food would have been, not the deal you got.
I just got one last week to Hotel Valley Ho's spa I can't wait to use because you get full day use of the spa and hotel pool with it. My mom and MIL got it too so we get a relatively cheap($45) spa day from it:)
