I got mine a month ago after a month-long wait for it.
I think it's a great phone and I really enjoy using it. The biggest thing is that you have to really play with it to figure it all out. There are a lot of "hidden" abilities and only by sitting down for a couple hours and navigating around the phone will you figure them out.
I also strongly recommend you spend some time lurking on the Incredible board at AndroidForum.com. The people there really know their stuff and you will find out all sorts of things about your phone that you might not otherwise know.

This, absolutely. $15 at WalMart and I never have to worry about my battery starting to get low when I'm on the go.
I do the 'bump' charging, and I can get a full day's worth. And shutting it off at night to charge is a MUST! Then on my 25min drive to work I plug it into the car charger, and BAM Awesome battery life!
