I'm thankful that DH paid to fill up my car last night. He didn't have to but it was very nice of him to do! Its my car (from before our wedding/engagement) and I drive it every day he rides in it occasionally on the weekends so I pay for everything car related.

I'm thankful that the wedding went well this weekend! Everyone was so happy with the day!!!

I am thankful that it is date night with DH (even though it will be spent taking the puppy to training classes).

I am thankful that the doctor said my dad is ok, and that the bad shaking in his hands over the weekend wasn't anything serious to worry about. From now on I hope my mom drives on road trips - I think it's better that way. I'm also thankful that my cousin Chester was nice enough to fly his niece (my cousin Kate, a bridesmaid of mine) up for the reunion this past weekend. She wasn't supposed to get away from her stint at Disneyworld until January so it was a really nice surprise to see her there on Friday.

I am thankful for FB...since my wedding, a lot of my relatives from out of state began adding us as friends, so that we could stay in touch better...it's only a message now and then, but it beats not seeing folks until there is funeral, or in my case...a wedding!

I am thankful that starting tomorrow, I have one week off of work!  Yippee!  And I'll be going away this weekend for my good friend's bachelorette party (I'm in the BP)!

I'm thankful that Bruce's nipping has finally gotten under control for the most part!

I am thankful that my FIL is down for the week to help us with some projects at our house.  He helped DH replace our faucet at our kitchen sink (it was really old and started forming little holes in it...so my kitchen would get soaked!), and he also is helping DH mount an over the range microwave hood! woohooo!  Very thankful for family!

I am thankful that DH and I were able to have a fabulous extended weekend down the shore.  I'm particularly thankful that we chose this particular weekend when the temp was below 100 for a change.

On a related note, I am so thankful not to be single anymore (for many reasons).  We went out to some of the nightspots we used to hit when we were in a house down there and saw the same people doing the same things that we saw for years, and checking each other out even though they've all hooked up with each other already. So glad to be out of that rat race...

I am thankful that we were able to keep our expenses down in July because we have so many trips/mini vacations coming up in August.
