Back to the diet

Well... DH & I are preparing for vacation. Back to the lean proteins and a cr@p ton of veggies. No more soda, carbs, and snacking 24/7. Crying I hope in a few weeks I'm starting to tell the difference.

I need a cookbook specifically how to cook vegetables that can be friendly with my diet. All I do is steam, roast, or eat them raw. Can't add butter, not healthy.

  • DH and I are going back on WW soon.  He lost 60 lbs when we were on it last summer, but we both fell off the wagon when I started working evenings while he was working days. I'm going to day shift in a few weeks, so we're jumping back on the wagon.

  • The "detox" is always the worst part. Once I get up and going... I'll be glad to have all the "bad stuff" out of my system.
