I have a can of minestrone in my desk, but...thats not terribly appetizing. Nothing sounds good at the moment. I just want to go home. lol, such a whiner.

1 banana (i use organic)
1 c almond milk (i made fresh!) - you could use reg skim milk too - your choice
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice (i use almond butter - i live for that stuff!)
2 c spinach (i use 1 1/2 c fresh organic and 1/2 frozen organic chopped for the cold aspect)
blend and enjoy!
sometimes i add in plain unflavored protein powder. you cant taste the spinach at all either.
Leftover baked chicken breast with A1/honey sauce and calavasas (squash, zuchinni, corn and diced tomato).
Cantaloupe and cottage cheese for a snack.
Since I'm trying to do no carbs for the remainder of the week, I just ate 2 eggs and some red grapes.
For lunch I'm going to have grilled chicken and cucumbers with some italian dressing and probably some more grabs.
I've been starving with this no carb thing but it's probably a good thing. lol I snack on carb's WAY too much. They are just so damn good!
no crabs is crazy stacy!! your body needs (good) crabs to process out stored fat. some good carbs are nut butters, beans, brown/wild rice, oatmeal, broccoli. one ounce of broccoli has more protein than an ounce of sirloin.
