Home decor help
I know some of you are great at decorating, and I need help! My house is "decorated" in mostly wester/rustic decor and I just feel like it doesn't look good. I need help making it look "put together". Any suggestions? I've looked on websites recommended by the D&R board, but I can't ever find the western theme I'm looking for. And I'm terrible at picking out things like bedding, curtains, and accent pillows. Even DH says I have bad taste in bedding!
Maybe this weekend I can work up the nerve to post pics.

This bedding is pretty, and you can pair it with tan/chocolate suede or leather pillows--I'm not sure if that's what you want, but I like it!

Post some pics - I would love to help. I LOVE to go to expensive stores to look around..and then recreate that "look" in my own way...
I have said it before and I will say it again - its all about your drapes...fabulous drapes have a way of pulling everything together...
Is there a site where I can post the pics and then give you guys a link? I don't have them yet, but will this weekend.
Also, I like this, what do you think? I don't know what the quality is like, but I love the look.

That one is nice and so is the 2nd one BoyMom posted. I think both have a nice rustic feel and you would be able to decorate fairly easy with accessories and pictures.
I love this! I have a JCP bedspread (I bought in queen for my king size bed so it looks like a regular comforter) with a couple of the matching pillows and I love it. I has washed up nicely. (JCP is really good about putting their stuff on sale, which is always a bonus.)
