How you feeling, punkin?

Re: Noisy!
I was going to say hello yesterday and then I got distracted. We got out of the hospital on Tuesday morning. I'm doing pretty well, aside from the whole not sleeping thing. I'll type up the birth stuff at some point, but probably not now. She was 7 lbs and 5 oz - exactly 4 lbs smaller than Will - and 20 inches. She has skinny little arms and legs and all her newborn clothes are baggy. I can't believe how small she is.
Will is doing really well with Evie. I think any jealousy issues he's having he's taking out on me (I've been bitten once and had my hair pulled once - two things he hasn't done to me for like, a year), but he likes her so far. Yesterday she was laying on the ground and Will shook various toys for her for about 15 minutes.
Anyway, here are some pictures.
Coming home - Will picked out her outfit (he liked the flowers on the sweater from Cali)
I am all teared up right now. She's gorgeous.
And yay you, you must have kicked ass with the GD diet!
Hurray for Evie!

One of the NICU doctors came to talk to me for a few minutes and said that if she hadn't been told she would have had no idea I had GD. It made me feel pretty good. She also told me she had a "c-section head," and I was all, "um...what does that mean?" Just that her head was round and not pointy. I was deliriously tired and was imagining all sorts of awful things.
You look radiant! She is so beautiful, the pics of her and Will are just too cute.
Welcome home, lady!
I bet her FUPA's name is Shane, like the gunslinger/drifter of literature.--HappyTummy
Did you have a c-section or just get her out so expediently that her head didn't get misshapen?
Sean had a round head too.

She is precious!! I love Will in his Will shirt - I bet there will be lots of funny stories about him as he adjusts to being a big brother!
Seeing her really puts it into perspective how big Will actually was as a newborn. :-)
Congrats to your new family of four (!!!) :-)
Oh yay! I love all of the pictures. The one of Will on the floor next to her is just too wonderful.
I have something in my eye. Honest. I'm not getting all emotional like over your pictures. Yeah.

This way.
Thanks everyone. We're pretty happy.
this gives me hope since i was worried pushing him out in 3 pushes was a fluke. i also got the csection head comments and in fact a friend said she was sure i had a csection and thought i was lying.
EEE, what a sweetie!
HunkyLorne holding tiny Evie and reading to Will is the cutest thing in the history of the universe.
I love Big Brother Will. He looks much more impressed with his little sister than my brother ever looked in my baby pictures.
And ditto what Jens said about the Lorne picture.
