Big Bachelorette party follow-up
In case anyone had been wondering. The trip (23 people, lake in western MD) was last weekend, and on a whole, it was a big success! Co-MOH (who had come down with hand, foot, & mouth) stopped breaking out with blisters and got cleared by the dr to come. I asked everyone to bring $10 and for the most part, everyone did, so I was able to pay back the cousin whose boyfriend ditched at the last minute. I also asked for help with everyone bringing some household items and people were awesome about pitching in, so we were pretty set for household items, snacks, & drinks. I was very impressed with thier friends! The only downsides were the long drive (15 hrs there & back), a few maintanence issue (drippy exhaust fan, clogged toilet), and the fact that the bride acted minimally grateful. I'm not sure if I actually heard a thank you from her, though the groom thanked me on several occasions.

YEAY! I'm glad that for the most part everything went well and that you all had fun. She clearly has some great friends to go so above and beyond for her and her hubby to be!
I'm sorry that she wasn't more appreciative. That's a big ole bummer!! Hopefully she'll be super happy and appreciative for you guys at the wedding.
