So this is more directed at Janell and other realtors-
Do most people have an open house? When would they do it?

Most of the time it will be Saturday or Sunday...typically between Noon and 5 pm.
They do have broker opens on Tuesday's but the general public isn't invited...that's for realtor's to get the word out to other realtor's about a new exciting property.
In this market I think its beneficial to have open's because any exposure puts you in front of the next house on the block. I'd check out the RE websites for opens...they'll start listing them today.
