Should I freak out now?
My employer's stock just fell to an all-time low of $4.68 this morning. Talks of layoffs have been going on for months now, but none have happened just yet. We're definitely on a hiring freeze in every department but sales. I'm the low man on the totem pole in my department, so if layoffs happen, I'm gone. I wouldn't be so worried if I wasn't prego.

our stock went from $110.00 to $1.95. We are awaiting the crumble.... either way I feel your pain! I wish you the best in whatever road you travel especially with a baby on the way.
Even better than Monster or other job sites like Careerbuilder is a site called www.indeed.com
It pulls jobs from all of the job sites and puts them in one place for you...no need to go around to all of the job sites. I have found it to be a great resource.
