    Need to see some CLOSE UP images. I'd like to see the leaves and twig attachments. Post foliage-twigs-flowers-fruit-bark pics, and someone will know.

  • There are a ton of trees that look similar to that,  need leaves/bark closeups to know for sure.  But, in my neighborhood,  trees that look like that are usually weeping mulberry or weeping cherry.
  • From a distance it's hard to say, but it looks like a weeping cherry to me.
