Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Where to get a lock box for refrigerated meds?
I googled it but didn't come up with much. Where did you get yours?

At work we have pretty much identical lock boxes for the paychecks and the refrigerated narcs. The only difference is the one for the narcs is drilled into the floor of the med room fridge.
I think there must be a way to macgyver a cheaper solution than a pricier custom shelf-mounted box by drilling holes into an appropriately sized cash box and mounting it to one of your shelves.

If it doesn't matter if it can be removed or not, then something like a small steel cash box would probably work fine - just take the cash tray that rests on top out. I think most office supply stores would carry them. There's one from Office Depot for $12.50 that looks like it might work:
