  • So great! I finally had some time to relax. We were up in Rio Rico all weekend having a no wedding planning weekend, just the two of us. I'm relaxed and ready to take on the next 2 months of pure crazy.
  • Waaaaaaay too short.

Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
  • Mine was good! Brandon's grandma rented a cabin up near Show Low for the the weekend, and we went from Friday evening to Sunday morning. We got to hang out with his brother, sis-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandma and mom.

It was on a lake, and it was cooler than Phoenix, so it was all-around relaxing! :)

  • Our weekend was awesome!  Got our ceremony and reception venue and photographer booked...  highly impressed with both, and for photography we got upgraded 3 levels on packages for the same price we were thinking about, because he gave us an awesome discount (25%!!) for our date being a Thursday.  We weren't even thinking about doing prints or album or anything...  but now we got an album (and the one he showed us were AMAZING, completely different than I thought of any wedding album being), and $300 in print credits.  I can't even fathom how we're going to spend that much. Do we need 75  8x10 prints?  Umm, maybe not! LOL  He does metallic prints, which are pretty amazing by themselves though.  I'm so excited, I can't wait to see them and it's 9 months away before we get them back I'm sure.  LOL

Then we found out that FI gets to stay home for a week longer than we thought...  which is nice, because it's the longest he's been able to stay home for the last 3 or 4 months really.   Busy season at his job sucks for travel time.

We also started the process for getting a new car, went and looked at a few open houses (and completely fell in love with one that there's no way we can afford while still working on wedding fund.... but omg, so gorgeous!), and bought 3 outfits each for our engagement session photos.

    Wow, that's a lot...

  • We booked with Seville Golf and Country Club in Gilbert. It's pretty nice that it's like 10 minutes from our house too.

  • My weekend consisted of unpacking, lots of shopping, getting to meet Emily :), then getting ready for my 1st day at work/orientation today.  So all in all it was good, but geez have we spent WAY too much money w/this move & everything.  Have to say that I'm now in love w/IKEA though!  What an awesome store!  There wasn't one of those at home, so we were in awe this weekend at how ginormous it is.

  • Boo...mine sucked.  Well, it partly sucked.  The migraines and studying sucked.  But I spent some quality time with the hubs which was awesome.

    I need another vacation though.

  • Meh...I spent too much of this weekend working. I stayed late on Friday night, went grocery shopping, and crashed at home. On Saturday, we ran some errands, I cleaned part of the house, went back into school for a few hours, and cleaned the rest of the house. My plans with a friend didn't work out, so I wished I had done something else FUN on my Saturday. Sunday was the best day of the weekend. Church, met up with Heather at Paradise Bakery (YUM), caught up on some DVR, and did laundry.

I'm REALLY looking forward to this next one. I will be SO ready!!!

  • lol i just realized i never posted  on my own thread hahahaha

Well you al already knkow what I did Friday afternoon, when CJ got home from work and showered he took me out to dinner =) I felt way fancy hahaha

Then Saturday I woke up around 6 and CJ woke up around 9:30 - 10 and got sick =( I felt so bad for him and I think it was mostly he was exhausted from his crazy hours last week and his body was saing "Whoa dude take a break!" lol si that is what we did, I had to bail out on soe plans =(  I hate doing that but i just wanted to make sure he was ok.  And luckly i have some pretty awesome friends who understand =)

Sunday was more of the same we just relaxed at home, since I was not the one sick I decided to re-arrange the living room while CJ took a nap haha it was pretty funny when he woke up and the half the house looked different. Then the usual laundry and getting ready for the week,

So my co-worker just had a baby girl last week so tonight I made hmi and his wife a casserole and I got their daughter the cutest set of onzies and pants =)
