Child care in Vegas?

I'm going to XP this on the travel board, but thought I would post here as well. DH and DD and I are going to Vegas in November. DD just turned 4. We've been there numerous times with her (I think this will be our 6th or 7th Vegas trip).

This time, though, now that she is older and potty trained, DH and I were looking for childcare options while we spent a few hours together.

I found info on the web for Kid's Tyme in the Orleans, but you have to remain on the hotel/casino property. I found info on Kid's Quest in the Palms hotel, but it doesn't say if they have the same rule. We were thinking of going to a show... or just out to dinner together (not necessarily in the Palms).

Google gets me 100000 hits about nothing.

Do any of you know what some of the childcare options are in LV? We just need a few hours. It stinks that on the strip there are NO childcare places.

Re: Child care in Vegas?

  • Have you tried contacting the concierge service where you are staying?  They probably have a referral for you.  I believe they use Nannies and Housekeepers, USA.  or you can check Vegas craigslist.  I have seen some ads on there too.

  • Kids quest does not require you to stay on property but they do require a contact number. I hope this helps, plus I know my god son LOVES kids Quest he is 3 1/2 almost 4 years old. They do separate the kids by age groups young kids cannot play in certain areas to make sure they don't hurt themselves on the older kids equipment.
