Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

From the opinion in the Proposition 8 case:
most people are able to answer questions about their sexual orientation without formal training.
The context was that the Prop 8 folks claimed that sexual orientation was not immutable or definable, because different researchers had different definitions of it (e.g., fantasies versus historical conduct). But the language in isolation was hysterical.
NotFroofy and I are now speculating what would be in that "formal training," if it were available.
