I saw on FB that you watched the Bachelor Pad.. What did you think of it?

I have it on DVR and not sure if I should watch it or not.

Re: ***Stacy***

  • It's such a train wreck but that's what I love about it. I will def. continue watching it because of all the drama that's going to unfold. It was the first night and there was already a TON of drama!

If you watched a lot of the Bachelor/Bachelorette season's then I'd say def. watch it.

  • I've watched the last 4 or 5 seasons so I wasn't sure if I'd apprecite it as much or if I would even know who most of them are..

  • You probably will know a lot of the people. Most of them are from recent season. Only a few are from older ones.

    WATCH IT! lol

I ditto this completely. I do complain about the fact that the bachelor shows do not need to be two hours every week, but I watch it anyway. I cannot help myself.

Last night when they were spending so much time introducing everyone, I finally said to Mike, "Are they ever going to explain what this competition is actually about?" and Mike goes, "Yeah, Chris will walk in, and *tink tink* his glass and tell everyone the rules." Literally two seconds later, Chris walks in and clinks his glass and began explaining the competition. We just about died laughing. We watch that stuff way too much, it seems.  ;)

I'm also butting in! DH always says I'm taking away his masculinity by making him watch this show! Totally agree it does not need to be 2 hours. They always spend the first 15 minutes reviewing what happened last week and then show the highlights of tonight's episode which makes you wonder why you should watch when they've already shown you what happens! I thought last nights episode was pretty lame though and really hope it gets better or I may not be able to get into it.

I know, right?!? They also repeat themselves a lot. They must have explained the three-dates-one-rose-for-immunity concept like 57 times. Ok, he gets to pick three dates. One gets a rose. The person with the rose is immune. We. Get. It. Please. Move. On. The show could totally be an hour with some simple editing.

    And yet, I'm hooked. Hahaha.

  • :::: also butting in :::: i feel silly saying things, but i'm so mad at myself for forgetting to DVR it!!! ugh!!!
  • PS: I just gave u 5 stars...
