Moving to Virginia!

Hello all virginia nesties!

I am getting married in 6 weeks and will be moving down to virginia beach the day after we will be living closer to chesapeake. I am a hairstylist and my soon to be hubby is in the Navy. Does anyone have any recommendations for day spas to look into for work and fun activities for a young newly married couple!

Re: Moving to Virginia!

  • Hi! It all depends on what you enjoy doing. There's a lot at the beach like; different kinds of bar n grills, some more family friendly than others. There's one called Lunasea that has games outside like Cornhole but you can also dance on the 2nd floor. There's mini golf, and an arcade but just walking on the beach is nice. You just have to go out there one night and check out a little of everything.
  • In Va beach, which is close to parts of Chesapeake, there is a Gary Allen, Spa Phoenix, and Wink Salon. They are all nice spas.
  • Welcome to the area. I live in newport news. you can go to virginia zoo in norfolk, aquarium in vb( dolphin watching, behind the scenes, cruise the creek), of course d beach, hunt club farm, nautilus, spirit of norfolk cruises, imax in hampton. oulet in williamsburg, malls, rudee inlet vb, fishing piers in vb, norfolk, newport news, yorktown.. will post more when i remember. have fun
  • I was going to say Spa Phoenix also.
