I will be in Memphis the weekend of Oct 2. I'm not sure if we will be there Thurs or Friday then leave on Sun. The hubbs is in a wedding that weekend. The wedding is at The Dixon Art Gallery. As for where we are staying, i'm not sure. They are still working out where the guests are staying. I'm assuming it will be close to this art gallery. Do you know anything about the art gallery?
I actually drive through Memphis everytime w/ drive back to Kansas. But the last time I actually stayed and did anything was a couple of years ago. I went w/ my Mom, sister, and niece. We did the whole Elvis theme thing. Even stayed at The Ole Heartbreak Hotel. (my mom is a HUGE Elvis fan).
Once I know the plan for the weekend, I'll let you know and we can meet up. Cause I'm sure I'll have some down time since I'm not wedding party and Chad is.

I love the Dixon, I have two tickets to it in my wallet right now. I don't think there are any hotels super close to it though, but it's in a nice area so that's not too big of a deal. Definitely keep me updated on your schedule!
