ooooo...just emailed our first choice real estate agent...
for our PURCHASE next year. I am pretty sure I've already picked the one I want to use for our condo sale. I'm looking forward to speaking with this woman- she handled the purchases for two of our friends and they raved about her.
I am hoping to get in to look at a few places just before Molly gets here so that if they are still on the market when we go under contract with the condo, we can just throw the offer in and not worry about having to go back. We have two that are on the market now that we'd be very happy with if they are still around when we are ready, and a few other prospectives that we'd need to get into and see, first, but might work well for us.
Of course, I'm always waiting for that one house that's like, 300k over our budget to magically come down 300k so we can offer on it.Duh. That would be rad.
