Apartments near Sunset Transit Center

Can anyone recommend a complex? I *think* I may have my husband convinced that the drive isn't going to be that bad. I did a test run today after work. From Sunset TC to my employer 20 minutes (6-620pm). Compared to the 45-60 minutes from my employer to my house. The traffic really wasn't that bad on the other side of the tunnel. It's a short stretch of nasty traffic, compared to a 20 mile stretch of nasty traffic.

Recommendations?

A friend of mine lives in the Golf Creek Townhomes/Apartments, which I think is about 1/2mi to 1 mi. away? She really likes them, and I would have looked there but we wanted even closer to the Max.

I have looked at Breckenridge and I am going to Timber Creek and maybe Sunset Station? I fell in LOOOOVE with Timber Ridge, but a tad out of our price range What complex is it that you ended up with? You can PM me if you don't want it public or if you don't want to say, that is fine too.

One within walking distance to the Sunset Transit Center is Cedar Hill Manor. All townhome apartments with basements. Hubby lived there when we first started dating and it was a 5 minute walk at most to get there.

I'm spoiled, I walk out of my complex now and have the Max station right there. I'm a few more stops down from the Sunset Transit Center, and the rent is that high compared to those right next Sunset.

You can get good deals at the sylvan condos, just next to breckenridge. they're individually owned so the prices vary but they have listings at the clubhouse and you can check craigslist. it's definitely worth checking out!
