Girls Nite Out ideas

Hello all, so me and my girlfriends went to a cocktails and canvas place last night. This is where we do a painting while sipping on wine and food. I was wondering what else there is to do on a girls nite out besides bars and clubs. We have already did a pole dancing class for part of my bachelorette party. We are just trying to have fun and do different things.Big Smile

  • What about jewelry making or pottery making?  There's also a place by me that does make your own perfume and you can host a ladies night.

  • We're having a girls night out tomorrow night...We're going to Flat Top Grill and then back to my house for a bon fire. Super excited about it.

  • We've done a wine tasting party, it was a huge hit!

  • My friends and I love scrapbooking nights. A lot of local craft stores host them (usually Fridays or Saturdays, from 5:00 - Midnight or something similar), but we also have them at our homes as well - that's more "Girl's Night In," but it's still fun.

  • Have a casino night where you play Texas Hold Em' or Black Jack. We play for Starbursts instead of money.

Click-flick night where you watch oldies but goodies movies like Casablanca or Breakfast at Tiffany's.

A Trash to treasure party. Each girl brings a piece of jewelry, or purse, or something that they don't want anymore. (must be in excellent condition) and have a party where you swap items with people. You could make it like a white elephant exchange party. (draw numbers, first person goes first, second person goes next and they can either steal the first person's item or go for another)

  • Maybe a local restaurant or culinary school offers a cooking class.  Or you can go to a Department store for makeup makeovers.
  • OK these are some great ideas thanks everyone I will try them all for sure.

Similar to the Trash to Treasure party is the clothing swap.  Instead of taking your old clothes to Goodwill, save them up and every four or six months get together with your friends.  Put the clothes in a big pile and go through it.  It's fun to get new things for free and it's fun to see how great some of your friends look in your stuff.  Then whatever is leftover that nobody claims can go to Goodwill.

One of my friends does a cookie baking weekend once a year.  She provides ingredients, the gals bring recipes, and everyone goes home with a variety of yummy cookies.

  • Clothing swaps are fun

In home wine tasting(there are companys that will come to you house if you host it and I think you can even end up with a free bottle of wine)

    Here's a link, I googled it:-)

Game night-We just did gestures at a house warming and it was hillarious

Slumber Party-This way you can eat, drink and don't have to drive home.

  • I was also going to suggest a wine tasting party, either in-home, or if there are wine shoppes that host them from time to time.

Or what about a Purse party or a Pure Romance/Tastefully Simple/Partylite show at the house with drinks and snacks afterwards?

  • We recently did indoor skydiving for a girls night out, so fun!  Fondue is always fun to, it's more of an event than dinner, lasts usually 2-3 hours.
