Last night before going to bed, I had a sore throat, and it definitely did not get better and kept me up a good bit of the night. It has come and gone today, but still I need a (pregnancy approved) remedy. Any suggestions?

Ew, terrible! I usually try to avoid medications when possible (pg or not). But there does come points where I can't take it anymore. My first week after my BFP, everyone at work was sick and got me sick. My throat was strange, it was really swollen, but not sore, so I just ate/sucked on ice like there was no tomorrow. That may work to help numb your throat too (or popsicles). Vitamin C is good (PNV should be helping you on that), and I would probably resort to Tylenol if I couldn't take the sore throat anymore. Tylenol is fine, just avoid the aspirin and ibuprofen.
So that's what I would think to do for myself. I hope you feel better soon! And as always, nothing beats rest when you can
Totally forgot about this! It's what my mom tells me to do every time! Warm salt water, gargle and spit, repeat for a few minutes or so throughout the day.
