Today out of nowhere I got really depressed that my wedding day is over. Anyone else have this after their wedding? If so what did you do about it?
Re: Post Wedding Blues
It's most likely not "blues" that you're feeling but rather boredom. You had so much to do while planning your wedding that it sucked away most of your free time and conversation topics. Now that it's all over, you're left with a giant void of time and another person staring across from you (your H) asking "what do we do now?"
Try to remember what you did for fun in your spare time before you started planning. Maybe you two could take up a new hobby together or sign up for a class (cooking or golf maybe). Don't forget your friends who helped you with your planning, now is the time to make plans with the again without any wedding talk.
