Yankees TIckets & Seating

Hi all NY Nesties,

My husband (the non-baseball fan) suggested we see a Yankees game on Sept 4 while we are in town and I have not the slightest clue where to sit. He wouldn't mind the $5 seats just to be at a game, but I want to surprise him and do something closer. Would you all let me know where would be a good place to watch from? I can do up to $75 a ticket, but want to be sure we won't be obstructed, or too high etc. THANK YOU!! Big Smile LV<><

Re: Yankees TIckets & Seating

  • I personally like seats in the upper decks, somewhere behind home plate. You get a good view of the field.
  • There are no such things as $5 tickets anymore!

Get your tickets off of stubhub.com - you'll be able to get good field level seats in your budget. But go to the Yankees website before you buy - they have a feature where you can see the view from the seat you pick. I used it last year when I got my dad tickets for father's day, and our view was exactly like it looked from the website.

  • I have 2 tickets I'm selling for the 9/4 game - upper deck though! I have coupons for $5 seats, but it's for Monday-Thursday non-premium games.

I totally agree w/Mrs. Kocal, stubhub does a great job of showing you the view from the seats and handling the transaction. It's the next best thing to going to the stadium.

  • Thanks Nesties! Stubhub was definitely the way to go, so excited!
