prenatal yoga?
Do any of you mommies have any good recs for a yoga studio with prenatal yoga? I live in the Valley Village area, would love to find one in the area, but willing to drive if I find something wonderful!

Black Dog Yoga in Sherman Oaks offers pre-natal yoga on Tuesdays and Saturdays (I go Saturday). But they are opening a new studio just for mommies in the next few weeks. Same shopping center as Black Dog and will be geared to moms and moms-to-be. So pre- and post-natal classes, mommy-and-me classes, kids yoga etc. I'm so excited.
