Broccoli mac & cheese.

I really want cauliflower mac & cheese, but I have a bunch of broccoli....

Broccoli and cheese go great together...so would it be nasty to throw pasta into the mix?

I totally agree!  Good things always cancel out the bad!

That does sound good... I've never thought about putting broccoli or cauliflower in mac n cheese...  but I add tuna to mine quite often.

I think it tastes great.  Just throw the broccoli in with the pasta the last 3-5 mins. and voila!  Sauteed pieces of chicken breast tossed in there is great too for more protein.  (Completely stolen from Rachel Ray but it's a fave around here)
