As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Well, I just finished my Day 16, over halfway done, but it was HARD today! This is my period week, so I'm feeling sluggish and bloated, not so easy to move my arse super quick like Jillian wants!! But on the plus side, my belly has slimmed down and I swear I can start to see a little shadow of definition in my upper abs!! Eek!! :-D And today I noticed I think I've started to slim a little on my thunder thighs and my extra love handles. Whew!! Honestly, I've never seen a result this fast this soon with just working out! (I eat healthy as it is, so I haven't changed my healthy diet at all).
So that's my update. And I think after the 30 days, I'm going to ATTEMPT to do the p90x. That's the plan so far....
