Am I dreaming too much?

My FH and I are looking for places to live once we get married-Somewhere hopefully around the Merrimack/ Manchester range-Im kind of curious on if my wants are realistic based on what i can afford..

What we're looking for is a townhouse/condo for 1500 a month max...

anyone come across any suggestions?

Nicole

Re: Am I dreaming too much?

  • You can definitely get something for that price.  We were looking in Nashua/Merrimack and ended up renting a townhouse in Nashua for $1450.  There are some nice places in east merrimack that are townhouses with a garage and newer on the inside.  We had looked at one but someone else got it before us.  I think the development was called Maple Ridge.  Check out nneren.com and search for rentals in the area. • Merrimack has a large supply of condos/townhouses. Bedford has some too on the border of Merrimack, but not nearly in the same quantity.  I think you would also be able to find something in that price range in Manchester, but with Manchester you really need to pay attention to neighborhood (some are not so nice).
  • Thanks ladies! and that website is really helpful--my main worry is that im going to find an awesome place thats to buy not rent-
  • Definitely doable.  We rent a 3 bedroom single family house in Bedford for $1300 a month.  It makes me forget about wanting to buy lol.
