  • oh I love both and together it is so tasty, this is how we always ate them growing up. =)

Frozen or fresh green beans (quantity varies)
    Olive oil or Butter
    Garlic (minced)
Cook green beans.  In a saute pan, saute minced garlic in olive oil, but not until it is brown just to get so flavor going in the oil. and then drain the green beans and toss with oil/garlic mixture.

I didn't put the amounts because it varies with how much you are wanting to make. Also if you are not feeling the olive oil we have used butter and it works flavor wise just a good.

another way to do this is to add some chicken stock and you can actually steam the green beans a little bit in the same pan and cook it all together. i usually do this with garlic, shallots, and sometimes bacon (and salt and pepper)

I would but we have no time before :-( Carl gets here at 445 and we leave at 5. We have to be at the field at 530-545 and scrimmage starts at 6 on the dot. We aren't going to the practice field today. Today we have to go to Kachina Elementary school on W Crocus Dr in Glendale... wherever that is, haha!
