As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My first 5k
Finished my first 5k tonight at the Twilight Classic 5k at Kenilworth. I finished with a personal best in any of my "runs" (I jog in intervals). I set a goal of finishing in 48 min and finished in just over 47 min, even sprinting at the end. If any of you are interested in running with a group, the people at Club South Running put on a great event and have several groups to run with.
I'm even thinking about a next 5k!
