Happy early Birthday to you too!
John has to work all weekend so the girls and I are going to head out to LA for the weekend. Michaela doesn't have school Friday and she needs to do the final fitting for her dress for her dad's wedding so it just seemed like a good thing to do. I hate making the drive by myself with the kids but we'll get through it.
We'll be going to the LA Fair with my little brothers and probably hit up Disneyland while we're out there.
What about you, any big plans?
Re: **Mia**
Cool! Drive Safe and enjoy the Fair!
On my bday we're going to see Playhouse Disney Live on stage. Yahoo! So dinner and show with friends and their 2 year old daughter. Not sure if I should let Jos wear a Disney Princess Gown to the show...Nat doesn't have one, so maybe they'll sport their matching pink princess shirts. Ai! Oh, what am I wearing? LOL!
On Sunday, Dan and I will go to brunch and watch a show in Manhattan Beach. I got tickets to see Bye Bye Birdie, which I've never seen, so it should be fun.
Do you still have passes to Disneyland? DH just got us tickets to go to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party for Oct. 17. We've never gone, so we're excited. Have you been before?
Our Disney passes expired in June but I still have friends and family members that work there and get us in for free. We're talking about buying tix for the Halloween thing for Rhian's b-day as we will be in town from 10/8-10/19.
We went a couple of years ago and it was pretty fun. They had designated spots where they handed out candy and even had packaged apple slices and baby carrots if you wanted a healtier snack. No crappy candy either, it was all chocolate! Characters were throughout the park for pictures and some of them were wearing their Halloween costumes. The rides had NO lines. We walked right on to everything.
Our passes expired too. We'll probably renew, but not right now. Maybe closer to the holidays. They'll be here before we know it.
Thanks for the info on Mickey's Party. It sounds like fun!
