As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • I just got back from a 40 minute run/walk. I am a sweating pig right now, but it feels great! I'm debating on doing 30DS later, but we'll see if that actually happens. haha
  • I will probably be going walking later today!  Probably a 30-45 minute walk.

  • This was kind of a bad weekend for me.  I did it on Saturday but not yesterday.  I worked all weekend.  I have been so sleep deprived the past couple weeks that I feel sick.  I work nights so sometimes my days and nights are mixed up.  I could handle that but right now I can't sleep at night or during the day :-(  I am hoping this week will be better!  My husband also bought oreos which is a weakness for both of us.  I was pretty good though and haven't had many :-) 
  • When my stomach settles from lunch H and I are going to go on about a 35 minute walk. We went out to Houlihans but I just had a small salad and a cup of soup.
