Canning and/or Freezing Vegetables and Fruits
Does anyone can foods or freeze fresh vegetables/fruits? I want to learn, but have no idea where to start or what books to read. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't can, but I freeze fresh veggies and some fruits (berries and grapes mostly).
For fruit, I usually just wash it and then put it flat on a baking sheet in the freezer. Once frozen, I dump it all in a freezer bag and stick it back in the freezer. I love to eat the fruit frozen.
If I'm freezing veggies, I usually just google "how to freeze ____" It generally just says blanche it, put it on a cookie sheet, freeze it and then put it in something to store it.
I would like to learn how to can too, but I hear it had to be done very precisely and I usually don't work like that
