salon reccomendations

Hey Ladies,

Looking to change stylist.  Anyone have reccomendation?  Needs to be a great colorist.

I live in Perry Township, so Southside Indy, Greenwood, Downtown, and I might go as far as Broad Ripple.

 If you don't mind PIP your hair that would also be great!

Chrissy, my cousin goes to Shannon at Static in broad ripple--right by the brew pub and LOVES her. I just did a quick google and it looks like she is competing in some hair colorist of the year competition!

I do not have a pic to post because my cousin just texted she has an entire new color (from RED to brown) so I don't have anything current. But I can tel you that her hair looks awesome--this coming from a person who does not color her hair, because I can never find anyone to do it how I like it. 

They also have a few product lines that include green/vegan products---don't know if that matters to you but I think that is cool! 

GL, I KNOW how hard it can be find someone you love! Oh, and you have probly heard me post before--I LOVE Tyler Mason on the west side. But I have never had my hair colored there before, so I can't say how they are at that personally.

Thanks!  I am going to check out my wedding photographer's stylist and see what happens.  If I'm not happy then I will try Static next.

I also go to Static in Broad Ripple. I see Kim. She is amazing! She is the only stylist I've ever had that does exactly what I ask. And this means alot because I used to work at and manage a salon. I've never had a stylist that styles my hair the way I like it. I'm in that weird middle stage because I'm trying to grow my hair out. She has cut it so that the transition isn't miserable like it has been in the past! I absolutely love her.
