Need tried and true brunch main dish ideas please!
Hosting about 20 family members for a potluck style brunch next month. I plan on making a couple main dishes and have only decided on my baked french toast so far. Need some ideas....and dishes that can be made the night before would be a huge help. Thanks!

I made those quiche for a baby shower and went over really well. You could do a couple of quiches... one veggie and one with meat. I made the filling ahead of time and then used already prepared pie crusts for shells. I made them mini using muffin tins, but you could do a big one too.
