we have white metal blinds that are so disgusting... how do you suggest i tackle these bad boys? steamer? some bleach and a rag?

Fill the bathtub with water and a little dishsoap.

Take the blinds down and clean them off in the bathtub (use a sponge or rag to clean each slat underwater), one set at a time.

Hold them over the water to drain out and wrap them in a towel to take them outside (so you don't drip water everywhere, feel free to skip this part).

Lay them outside to dry.

This--and I always put an old bath towel in the bottom of the tub, as the metal blinds can scratch the tub's surface.
