How to clean up after Othro Max Home Defense?

I was reading some posts about ants, and I bought Ortho Max Home Defense to spray indoors and outside. It seemed like I was having The Great Ants Invasion, and it seemed to work (along with those ants motel things...which I think work even better). I ended up having to spray a little on the backs of the kitchen counter tops where the counter meets the backsplash. Now that the ants are gone- I want to clean the kitchen before preparing any food. What would you use? Vinegar? Dr. Bronners? I want to get rid of the pesticide reside.
