the first week is going great so far, thanks!
It's really tough to have to meet soooo many people, as well as the fact that they do everything differently. I'm also not teaching any classes that I've taught before, so that is difficult. I'm a little overwhelmed, but I've been stressed my entire life pretty much, so I'm finally starting to learn how to cope haha. However, I still have a lot of stuff that I need to do tonight so I can have all of my copies made before I go home tomorrow night.
Although, I'm still having a hard time knowing that I won't be with the same people again this year.
DH's trip was awesome. Although, they ended up stopping their hike a day early because the weather was getting dangerous, and they didn't feel comfortable going on. They then spend the last three days hanging out in Denver, and going out to the cool restaurants. He even got me a rock at the top of the tallest mountain that they climbed, right before they headed back haha.
When he came home, it was almost like I couldn't recognize him! he practically had a full beard because he hadn't shaved since half way through our honeymoon haha. It's definitely wonderful having him back, though.
I guess DH and BIL decided that this trip was way too long, and were having a hard time themselves.
