Where is everyone?!
It has been rather dead around here lately...where is everyone?!
I've been working quite a bit and have had super busy days...and soon we'll be switching to our new computer system which means I won't be able to get on at all at work, I'll be too busy trying to figure out how to chart everything without pulling my hair out!
How has everyone been? Any exciting things happening?
I feel like August has been quite possibly the most boring month of this entire year for me...but I have some fun things coming up in the next few months so that is good!

I'm sitting at work bored out of my mind. I still have 4.5 hours to go too, I might actually fall asleep at my desk. One week down, one to go, then I will be rid of this place!!!
School started this week, so our free time is officially gone. I'm ready for Labor Day weekend, I need some serious R & R.

August has been crazy busy for me. With having the boys here, practice every day of the week for 3 weeks and now getting ready for our first game, it's been nuts. Being the "Team Mom" is hard work, haha!
We have been good, we have been getting RSVP back which I always find exciting and I may or may not have been doing some registry stalking and there may or may not have been some things purchased... Heather went with me to my alteration appointment and we ended up having to order a new dress in a size smaller? They didn?t want to take the dress in and mess up the detailing that is on the side so while I am nervous I am glad they didn?t just ruin my dress and not give me any other options
This weekend is Cj?s on call weekend but I have some plans Saturday morning 
then I will just putz around the house and work on some wedding stuff and some crafting. It is getting so close that I just can?t believe it! I can?t wait to get married?.
I've been training on something new that I'm starting soon.
I'm on my way to Olive Garden for lunch and I'm.so.freaking.excited for breadsticks and salad! haha YUM!!!
As usual, I've been pretty swamped at work. I usually read posts, just haven't had a whole lot to say.
This weekend should be fun. I'm working a little late tonight, to prepare for the hell that will be month end next week. Tomorrow, I'm going to lunch, shopping & to see Eat Pray Love with a couple friends. Sunday, DH's bff is coming in town for work, so we're going to meet up with him, have dinner and hang out.
Tomorrow should be fun, I'm going out to lunch, a little window shopping and going to see Eat Pray Love and then later going out with another couple of friends to some place called "The Sandbar", any one ever been?

I love Sandbar! There are several of them around the valley. There is literally sand in the outside portion so wear comfortable shoes lol. It's pretty fun!
I am also headed to OG for lunch!!! And I am also way more excited than one should be about food... its just so good!!!

I'm around, but like someone else said, I feel like I just don't have much to say. I've been leading a pretty boring life lately. Maybe I'll become interesting when it stops being so hot and I start actually doing stuff on the weekends!
I love Sandbar too! There's one pretty close to where I live and I love both the inside and outside dining! They have a margarita that has midori in it and I love it!
I LOVE the Sandbar! I have only been to the one on Shea, but I used to go to that one often when I lived in Scottsdale. So fun! Do not wear high heels, the floor is covered with sand! Flats or wedges are the way to go!
I'm swamped at school! I LOVE my job, but it makes me insanely busy.
I can't wait for the October (going back to MI), November (Jason's brother comes down), and December (my mom, sister, and NIECE visit)!
I'm sort of glad it's been slow around here because I haven't been able to get on in WEEKS! I've missed you all!
I've been working in CA, it's sort of exhausting. I thought working a 9 to 5 would be easy peasy. I was wrong, I come home and crash every night. My intake of wine has also increased due to staying at my wine-o parent's house and two trips to Napa so that may have be a big part of it;)
I agree that August has just kind of been dumb this year. Obviously I miss my hubby so it makes it more blah. And it's been in the 90-100 range here this week so I'm not even escaping the heat. But it's 65 right now so I can't complain. (too much anyway). I'm looking forward to coming home Friday because it seems I'm missing all the awesome monsoons!
When is our next GTG? It seems like forever since the last one.
