affect me, in that they make me super emotional. Just curious if it does anyone else.
Too, I talk to clients all day on the phone and for the past few days they have been short, rude, and some just plain mean. Did anyone else experience this?

Haha. LMAO!
I asked my co-workers as well and they agree with me, they have had some not so pleasant client conversations too. All we can do is sit and take it. However, I go one step further and am SUPER sweet to my clients. I call it "kill them with kindness." Lol. Most all conversations that start out with them being ugly, end on a good note and them apologizing to me.
